Automotive and Truck
MCI serves the Automotive and Truck Industry through design, development and manufacturing of aluminum, iron, steel, powdered metal, billet, and stainless steel components. We strive to exceed your automotive machining expectations.
Automotive products typically supplied are; Cylinder Heads, Manifolds, Control Arms, and Knuckles.Truck components normally supplied are; Connecting Rods, Cylinder heads, Transfer Cases and Fly Wheel Housings.Equipment, Facilities, Finances and Staffing are either available, or can be implemented to meet new business launch timing.
Construction and Farm Equipment
We supply daily production requirements for Cylinder Blocks, Cylinder Heads and Transmission Cases to the Construction and Farming Industry.Expansion capabilities are the same as noted for Automotive and Farm Equipment.
Oil and Gas
As a Machining Supplier for 29 years, we serve many Industries including Oil and Gas. An example of what we supply is Cross Heads and Connecting Rods. As the Oil and Gas Industry grows, our endeavor is to grow accordingly.
Service Parts and Low Volume Production
MCI has carved out a niche of supplying Prototypes, Service and Low Volume Commodities. Through careful planning and experience since 1981, this objective has been achieved. Expansion in this area can be accomplished with minimal investment. Our quality, pricing, and delivery are factors competition can’t meet.
Racing and Performance Industry
Our Engineers and Team take great pride in supplying Blocks and Heads to Major Race Teams and High Performance Groups. In 2008 our contributions were identified at the SEMA and PRI Trade Show. With these two Industries growing rapidly, we are preparing to meet their future requirements on a low volume basis and are confident we can exceed competition.
